Radio transmitting equipment type approval refers to the development, production, import, purchase and other aspects of radio transmitting equipment before it is put into use, the technical indicators of its spectrum parameters according to law for technical management system. "Radio Administration Regulations of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that the development, production and import of radio transmitting equipment operating frequencies and frequency bands should be consistent with the provisions of national radio management, and reported to the radio management agency for approval or record.
Type approval is the main content of the radio transmitting equipment working frequency, frequency band, transmit power, frequency tolerance, occupancy bandwidth (or transmit signal spectrum characteristics), out-of-band emission and spurious emission and other spectrum parameters for approval. These spectrum parameters are directly related to the limited spectrum resources can be used scientifically, airwaves order can be effectively maintained, radio security can be strong protection.
According to the "Radio Equipment Transmitting Characteristics Approved Testing Organization Determination" in the test organization determination conditions and workflow, SRTC has been authorized as a radio transmitting equipment type approval testing organization since 1996, providing testing services to the community according to law.
